This fabric pattern is a scaled down version of the original Betsy pattern which was first designed for Liberty Fabrics in the 1930s. This version is from the 2013 collection. Girl’s shift dress with back opening and shell buttons down the back; French seams; bias finished neck and arm openings. Care: warm gentle hand wash; warm iron on wrong side; light starch for extra body.
